Picking Daisies
If I had my life to live over again, I would start barefoot earlier in the spring and stay that way later in the fall. I would go to more dance; I would ride more merry-go-rounds. I would pick more daisies.

A Little Flexibility Goes A Long Way
In this day and age, innovation is key – whether that be in product development, marketing, operational management or in human relations. The innovation that I am seeing that is really doing the most in terms of promoting a team that is productive, loyal and engaged is flexibility in the workplace.

Giving Back and Moving Forward
I have to admit, I am not generally one for ‘joining up’ to talk about myself in front of a group of teenagers, however, through the planning process in participating in this program, I have realized two things: When you share your story and give back to a community it is not about you, it is about helping them. And, when you give to others in a way that can help them find their own way, you actually propel yourself forward.
