First off, thank you for visiting my blog.  It is rewarding to know that I may be discussing things here that you find interesting or helpful in your world or in your life.  Please feel free to come in and become part of my circle – it would be my pleasure to get to know you as well.  

Now, a bit about me.  I live and work in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area.  I am married to a wonderful man from Kenya and have one ‘kid’ – who is our small Shih Tzu dog, Buju.   We have 2 homes – one here in the Twin Cities and one that situated on a chain of lakes – north of the metro area.  I am incredibly blessed by a loving family and loyal friends.  

My interests are very eclectic – from social networking to creative development on the web to shopping marathons, home decorating, reggae music and painting.  I am a big fan of cultural exploration and am deeply engaged in social justice and political discourse.  It seems that most of all, I enjoy partaking in anything that gives me the opportunity to connect with people, my family and my friends.  

I work in the ‘web’ world and manage projects and teams to do everything from a full new online presence on the web (corporate websites) to managing small initiatives to get companies and organization’s social networks up and running.  I am very passionate about my work and find myself lucky that I get to do what I love to do on a daily basis.  

I believe that doing what you love everyday is the only way to really find your bliss in this world.  Whether that be working or relaxing, getting involved in a cause or supporting the causes of those closest to you – the important thing is that you are surrounded by the things that make you happy and that you continue to nurture and explore areas of this world that give you more opportunities to be in love with your life.
